1957

The Beginning

Joseph Von Savage becomes a licensed real estate agent and begins his career at Mr. Sharp's Real Estate in Wildwood. Just two years later, he launches his own company—Jos. Von Savage Real Estate.

1970

A New Chapter

Joseph acquires Frank Hoffman's business and moves operations to the Hoffman location—where the family legacy continues to thrive today. The name endures as a symbol of shore real estate excellence.

1974

Carrying the Torch

Though Joseph passed away in 1974, his vision and values carried on through his daughter, Carole Pantalone, who stepped up to lead the agency into a new era while honoring its founding principles.

First Generation

Joseph Von Savage

Joseph Von Savage built his career in real estate and insurance while serving the public as Mayor of Wildwood Crest. His leadership was defined by integrity, accessibility, and long-term thinking. Those same principles guided his business philosophy and became the foundation of Hoffman Agency.

Carole Pantalone

Jackson Von Savage
